A: Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a current quote.
A: No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play. Also most of tables , chairs and other related items are 24 hour rentals. So we can bring them the first day and pickup next day.
A: That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the day before to confirm that someone will be at the party location. Even some time we will do delivery evening before if we have to many rentals that need to be at same time. In case of early delivery you are not charged extra your rate will stay same.
A: No. The all equipment's should be clean when you get it. Aces High Party Rentals cleans and disinfects after every rental. Some equipment's may show signs of use but that is normal wear and tear.
A: We can setup at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Also, parks require permit and reservations. Please contact park authorities for reservation details.
A: Credit / Debit Cards payments are excepted. You can only pay cash on delivery , if you have already made a deposit on a debit / credit card.
A: We will do our best to keep best communication with all customers. All reservations that are not paid and the customer don't respond to our call we will consider to cancel it. For all reservations paid up front we will come at time specified on the reservation even if you are do not respond to our call. Payments made in full up front will receive a refund of 70% of the total balance, if you cancel your order at least 3 days prior to your rental date. Deposits made up front , will receive a refund of 50% If you cancel 3 days { 72 Hours } prior to your rental or you will be given a credit that is good for 1 year.
A: Yes. Any reservation over the amount of $500 will require a 50% Credit / Debit card deposit. You have the choice to pay partially at the time of your reservation. Or you can choose alternate payment option. We would like customers to be responsible and let as know if they would like to cancel their order so other customers can have opportunity to reserve equipment's for their event.
A: We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can“t set up on any type of big rocks .
A: Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
A: Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our rules so that you can be the trained operator.
